Return Policy/Cancellation:

Effective February 1, 2018, please read our warranty and refund policy before placing an order.

We will not offer any refunds once an order has been shipped. The default warranty period for all products is 30 days unless otherwise specified in the product description. This warranty applies to the products under normal use. Upon receipt of the product, please test the product, as the warranty period expires whether the product has been tested or not.

Eligibility for refunds, repairs, or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Ozar Vapor are not eligible for exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your order for up to one (1) hour from the time you placed your online order by emailing us at order. Ozar Vapor reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders take three (3) to five (5) days to fulfill, provided that the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Shipping may take additional time based on USPS to deliver your items. Any transmit and shipping time provided by Ozar Vapor is an estimate. Ozar Vapor will try to ship packages and quickly as possible, but have not control for carrier delays and delays caused by lost packages. See more detail about shipping and handling in FAQs section.

Fulfillment Errors:

Requests received to correct fulfillment mistakes resulting in incorrect receipt of products or missing products or items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.
